During my time in the waldlis i really thing to work efficiantly as a team you need people who are willing to cooperate, and this is the thing that i expect out of people in my wladli.

I expect of my self that I try to help and support everyone through the team of the house and that i show respect to others. I hope others see that in myself in the waldli.

Sharing a Waldli

Session 1

1. My strength i believe is that i think i m a good leader in the house. I try to help everyone with there little jobs in the house including my own i support and try to get everyone finish early before we have to move on to do something else. I think i have picked up these by living in the independantly in the boarding house and learning to live by myself which has given me sense of leadership and gives me an advantage over the others in my waldli.
2. Ok, well the first issue we had in the waldi was putting people on jobs on the roster on our white board. People wanted to do curtain jobs and do it consistantly for a daily period. But me and some others didnt want this, we wanted to share the load on different jobs through out the house, we resolved this by evenly splitting the jobs on a daliy basis and everyone agreed. The other issue was when we first moved into the waldli there was an issue of who wanted to room with who and what room people wanted to be in, in the house. I ended up having to just volenteer to go in a room i didnt really want which wasnt to bad any way and we also ended up pulling names from the hat which was a fair call used with inisutive. We have had other issues of people not doing their jobs in the house. This is something i m not to fussed about but it just annoys me most of the time. This is an issue that hasnt been solved but i think a way we can solve it is by following our roster and not being able to be lazy as a team.
3. One day the toilet got blocked with toilet paper and no one had really dicided to volenteer to clean it out by hand so i volenteered. In this situation it was a simple block and i had fixed the problem. This had shown to me that i felt that in myself i was a leader to me. I throught this becasuse no one really wanted to do and i throught to myself well heres my oppertunity to show that i can lead by volenteering to do an easy chore.

Session 2
1. Fuctional housemate
-Leadership: To be a leader you should be organised and willing to do the team things. For the house to be a funtional place and for it to be organised the leader is the perfect examply of keeping the house in an ordely fashion. For other people to have a leader really helps them in order to do there jobs and keep themselves in order.
-Organisation: For a house to be funtional the house need to be organised and neat, not all messy and not punctual towards time management.
-Respect: For the house to work together as a team you need everyone to give each other respect and not nag and fight each other all of the time.
-Teamwork: The house would never work in terms of all of these points with out team work. You couldn't just have one person doing all of the jobs.
-Integrety: The house also need integrety inorder for it to be a functional house. The house wouldnt work without maturity.
2.
The most sucessful person in our wardli is a person who is a great leader and is always willing to work as a team member. He is always keeping everyone in line but he is not naging at you and he is chill most of the time. These atributs i believe is something that every leader needs, but their is always improving.
3.
Organisation is one of the biggest atributes you need inorder to maintain a sucessful wardli. The wardli does not work for you becasue everything wouldnt work and you wouldnt have a functional house.
